What would it take to resurrect "One World," the old IMF show?

Perhaps some of my readers are not familiar with the "One World" show that was on IMF before the cable channel was bought by Ovation. Since imf.com now redirects to the Ovation website, I'm relying on third party descriptions of the show.

And here's an excerpt from an old Universal Music Group press release:

IMF has launched two 24 hour video channels on Sky Mobile TV, which are available to subscribers throughout the UK. The first channel, IMF: The International Music Feed is dedicated to playing The World\'s Best Music, and features top videos and new music from every country.
