I will be thoroughly disappointed in the U.S. judicial system if she ends up serving less than the full 45 days. She is (as put succinctly by Lainey of laineygossip.com) Hollywood Ebola personified, and she has no talent/ability to speak of. She deserves to stink up the jails for 45 days, for her ignorance and racist attitudes, and for the negative influence she has been to a whole generation of little girls.

If she serves less than 45 days, it would more than likely be because of jail overcrowding in California. I'm forced to admit that drunk driving is bad, but other activities are worse. If she's released early for overcrowding reasons, I'd understand.
