occourts.org is still listing the same Jimmy Michael Giorsetti (Don Bolles) case information that they were listing previously (of course, with the status "Released on bond" instead of "Remanded").

The pre-trial hearing is scheduled for 8:30 this morning in H2 (a courtroom at the Harbor Newport Beach facility). However, it looks like there are 74 cases scheduled for 8:30 this morning in H2, so it's unclear when anything will happen.

Or if anything will happen. My uneducated guess is that the felony charge won't be dismissed today, because the government officials would have to admit that they goofed. Human nature being what it is, people won't admit they're wrong until they have to.
