Probably defeating the purpose

I just posted a FriendFeed entry (i.e., I friendfed) about going to the gym for the first time in two months.

Then I drove here, to the Montclair Starbucks at 9015 Central, and got this - a Banana Chocolate Vivanno.

For the record, it has 21g protein, 5g fiber, 5g fat, and 270 calories (kilocalories for my more precise Eurofriends).
