Hey, it worked! Other than one really minor issue that I will pursue in the Disqus forum (provided that it really is a problem - I may have goofed up during my setup).
The only other than that I have to say at this point is that I chose to do something during Disqus setup which may be very significant.
When you set yourself up on a new service, you are usually asked to specify at least one home page.
From October 2003 to February 2007, I usually answered such a question with the URL for the Ontario Empoblog - http://oemperor.blogspot.com/.
Beginning in February 2007, I began to answer this question with the URL of this blog, mrontemp - http://mrontemp.blogspot.com/.
Today, if you look at my Disqus profile, you'll see that I chose to give a different answer - http://friendfeed.com/ontarioemperor.
At some point, by the way, I need to write about Chris Brogan's post, my tweeted response [1] [2], and my confirmation of Twitter's effectiveness in reaching people.
