David Dreier is an interesting chap. Extreme Mortman uncovered Dreier's anti-internationalist stance from long ago.

On July 2, 1987, nine members of the U.S. Congress bravely smashed a small Toshiba radio with sledgehammers at a press conference on Capitol Hill. Smashers included Don Ritter, David Dreier, Duncan Hunter, Elton Gallegly, Helen Bentley. No word if it took all nine to wrestle the radio to the ground.

Now one could argue that Dreier's views have matured and evolved over the years. Or one could argue that Dreier plays politics all along. But no politician would ever do that.
