We don't know how many companies Oracle will have purchased by Oracle OpenWorld 2008.
Frankly, I'm not exactly sure when Oracle OpenWorld 2008 will be held (although I know where it will be held).
But I do know one thing that will be available at Oracle OpenWorld 2008.

Our members look to the IOUG (Independent Oracle Users Group) for answers. The IOUG publishes those answers in its “best practices” book. Make sure your company's product/service is featured in this digest-size reference book that IOUG members keep – and turn to time and time again. Each year its popularity has grown and 2008 will mark its third year of distribution.
The book will be mailed to the entire IOUG membership along with an upcoming issue of Select Journal . The book will also be at Oracle OpenWorld 2008 and will provide additional exposure for your company.
