Truemors on Straw Polls

I've talked about straw polls before. Now, Truemors has offered its thoughts:

Ron Paul has been dominating the straw polls for months. A straw poll represents what a small group of people believe, not the majority. But that group are the ones who actually care enough to watch a debate and then vote for the candidate that they like.

The only problem is that this is not a "vote" - it's a "poll." If straw polls were so wonderful, why not make them binding?
