If encouraged, Stewart will expand and share the tale of this BBQ emporium in Austin Texas that serves real BBQ, on a piece of paper with oil drums of BBQ sauce. I guess many of you have heard this tale told from Stewart over a coffee or beer. It has reached the point where we talk about this place without Stewart even being n the conversation. We greet each other with "Hey, did Stewart ever tell you about this BBQ place in Texas...."
