We Can't Find Upland High School

They didn't do their research on this one:

Chiefs President Carl Peterson announced on Monday that the club has agreed to terms of two-year contracts with 16 rookie free agents. T George Batiste, CB Tyron Brackenridge, LB Brian Crum, DT Stanley Doughty, WR Brad Ekwerekwu, S Marlon Fair, DE Chris Harris, DE Michael Heard, DT Matt McGlothlin, TE Wes Murphy, T James Newby, RB Marcus O’Keith, WR Maurice Price, WR Ean Randolph, WR Titus Ryan and QB Jeff Terrell all agreed to terms....

Brackenridge (5-11, 189) played in 21 games (12 starts) at Washington State, recording 56 tackles (33 solo), 5.0 tackles for loss, three interceptions, seven passes defensed and two forced fumbles. He started his career at Chaffey Junior College in Rancho Cucamonga, California. The Pasadena, California native was a prep standout at Upland High School in Ontario, California.

Locals only, recheck that last sentence and shake your head. And it only gets better when you consider another source:

BRACKENRIDGE GRADUATED FROM Upland High in Claremont, Calif., in 2002 as a sought-after corner who also played running back and receiver.

What the heck is this - the Diamond Bar BBS (which was in Ontario at one point)?

Incidentally, I used to live near Upland High School (which, for the record, is in Upland, California). I got to hear bagpipes at 6:30 in the morning. Wunnerful.
