I had to wake up early this morning, but before I went back to bed I was scanning Google Reader, then MojiPage (a mobile FriendFeed client). Deep in MojiPage, I saw several tweets from Dana Franks (@ariedana) about a 5.2 earthquake in southern Illinois.

Not sure how many people slept through it, but obviously some didn't.
Speaking as a Californian, I think the midwest got a raw deal here. They already get tornadoes, and now they get the occasional (but sometimes devastating) earthquake too?
Plus humidity and snow.
I think I'll stay here a while longer.
