Here we go again

The da Vinci Code madness has passed, but True Discernment links to an account of the next trendy thing.

“The Secret,” has continued on the New York Times Best Seller list over 59 weeks. The Secret was only the beginning of a worldwide process to shift consciousness to the new paradigm. On the weekend of April 5-6, 2008, there will be a new movie released called The Moses Code. (This is to be a unique synchronized worldwide opening with a book releasing in March). The director of The Secret, Drew Heriot, presents...The Moses Code along with Musician, author and speaker James Twyman, who is the creator and purportedly the gifted "receiver" of The Moses Code. Twyman claims that he has been given "the key" to unlock "The Moses Code." He claims that The Moses Code is "...the most powerful manifestation tool in the history of the world."

So I guess that now, since New Age stuff is being used for world peace instead of wealth acquisition, it's OK now. And, of course, it's the good old hidden knowledge that hasn't only been known to the select few for thousands of years, and the Whatevers have decided just now to release it to the unwashed masses.

P.S. Since the Moses Code had to be released, I guess this indicates that "the Secret" wasn't enough. So what comes after "the Moses Code"? Since the Moses Code is inherently sexist, the next "secret" will probably come from Eve. Or Lilith.
