Dr.Flax says the lymphnodes tested negative for cancer, so I believe that should mean the cancer has not spread.
Literally hundreds of people are much happier right now. Probably the best way to see reaction is to click on the "With Friends" area of Susan Reynolds' Twitter account.
And yes, much of the conversation has nothing to do with her surgery, but that's a good thing. Life goes on.
