Stove Top, 30 November 2007

Let's whittle.

  • Everything and Nothing, Smelling is believing. I've heard of smell good plumbers, but smell good tires?

  • GrimmReality misinterpreted my little poll, which (a) is closed and (b) tags me as the loser, not the winner. But I bet you that a stick would beat the real candidates also, especially if the stick renamed itself as Stick Paul.

  • Goddess of Pomona (boy, we got a lot of high-falutin' people around here) announces the 12/1 Holiday Lane Parade and Festival, the 12/1 Pomona Heritage progressive dinner, and a garage sale weekend later.

  • Google Reader now recommends feeds (Steve Rubel, Google, TechCrunch). I've already picked up one or two.

  • Nate Ritter finds Dooce. (I haven't checked it in a year or two.)

  • Eye of Polyphemus discusses the death of Evel Knievel.

  • NUTS doesn't have a sandbag problem; in NUTS' case, the dogs won't pee in the rain.

Actually, in the alternate universe I won hands down.

Unfortunately in that alternate universe, Howie Mandel was the President of the United States. Scary.
