Richard Roberts and the Toronto Blessing

I've never looked at Richard or Oral Roberts' theology (other than vague recollections of the 900 foot Jesus), so I wanted to see what Gary A. Hand had to say. This is only one of Hand's quibbles with Roberts:

Richard Roberts, by associating himself with the false teaching of Rodney Howard-Browne ("The Holy Spirit Bartender"), Karl Strader and the Toronto Blessing sensationalism, prompts serious questions, because in doing so he also aligns himself with John Arnott whose views regarding the Holy Spirit and the Toronto Blessing are also heretical.

Pastor David L. Brown quotes Roberts himself:

Let me relay the account of Jordan Roberts (Oral Roberts granddaughter). Richard Roberts, Jordan's father shared this incident -- "My little nine-year old daughter came to the first night service and Rodney (Howard-Brown) laid hands on her. She fell to the ground and laughed for an hour and 45 minutes. When we tried putting her to bed, she fell out laughing. We finally had to put her in the bathtub."

So, take a look at this:

Now casiulo doesn't compare this behavior to Acts 2, but to Mark 9.

20So they brought him. When the spirit saw Jesus, it immediately threw the boy into a convulsion. He fell to the ground and rolled around, foaming at the mouth.

Compare this to Acts 2:

8Then how is it that each of us hears them in his own native language? 9Parthians, Medes and Elamites; residents of Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, 10Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya near Cyrene; visitors from Rome 11 (both Jews and converts to Judaism); Cretans and Arabs-we hear them declaring the wonders of God in our own tongues!"

Now notice that none of the Pentecost believers were howling like wolves. Perhaps it's appropriate to howl like wolves if you're witnessing to wolves, but as far as I can determine Matthew 28 asks us to witness to people.
