Back when The Breaking Wind had their much-heralded appearance in Washington, Fraters Libertas made the following comments:
What are the fans who make it down to DC in time for the show tomorrow in store for?
Gore will kick off the Washington concert with a speech on climate change
Get your tickets now!
What could possibly follow that? Maybe Joe Biden and his presentation on term life insurance?
Actually, the Gore speech might not be the most malodorous performance on the bill. According to the Live Earth web site, performing later that day in DC:
4:30 p.m. The Breaking Wind, rock, funk and blues from Canada's Six Nations Reserve and Caledonia in Ontario
That seems about right for an Al Gore sponsored concert on global warming.
