What is it about travel?

Travel, travel, travel.

This morning, yours truly wrote something on the MySpace blog about travel. For those of you who aren't my good MySpace buddies, here's a bit of it:

It used to be that I traveled a lot for work purposes, but that's died down over the last couple of years. This is somewhat of a good thing, but also somewhat of a bad thing.

This afternoon, I just discovered that Mrs. Loquacious has also written something about travel:

I have always envied those whose jobs offered them the luxury of travel. As a teacher, my job has no such perks....most of the time.

I thought it was just a mere coincidence...until Tom Kyte weighed in on the topic:

Lots of travel coming up in the next couple of months.

Travel can be fun, but it is also tiring and can push the limits of patience sometimes :)

But Kyte's closing comments were valuable:

Ahh, it is stuff like that that makes traveling interesting... You just have to roll with it though, if you got overly upset at all of this stuff - you would spend all of your time traveling upset.

So true, so true...
