Perhaps it's just me, but I was very impressed with this interview (as linked by Positive Liberty). Apparently Snyder was filling in for my hero Bob Costas, and conducted an interesting interview with Howard Stern. The intereviewer and the interviewee listened to each other, which you'd think would be par for the course, but sometimes isn't.
