Blogging for Freedom of Information - An Offer to All Presidential Candidates

As you know, some bloggers (Matt Stoller of MyDD, Markos Moulitsas ZĂșniga of DailyKos, Hugh Jackson of the Las Vegas Gleaner) don't want you to hear the Nevada Democratic candidates, and have successfully forced the cancellation of an August debate that would have allowed them to get their sound bites across.

This requires action.

Therefore, I am hereby inviting all Democratic Presidential candidates who were muzzled by the blogosphere to enter their favorite sound bites as comments to this post.

Furthermore, this offer extends to Presidential candidates from every political party. If you want a forum in which only one political party's candidates is allowed...go to Daily Kos or sumfin.

Go for it.

Since there's no requirement that the presidential candidates have to be alive, I'd like to chime in. Sorry I don't have a Blogger account.

The quotes above, and many others were compiled by David Johnson and can be found here.

Thanks for the link to the cool quotes. Finding it was worth the annoying e-bay ad pop up.

Awesome.

Belladonna,

The joy of pop-up blockers. All I got was an Emeril ad for Universal.

I need to search and find some quotes from all presidential candidates, both winners and losers. William Jennings Bryan, and Barry Goldwater certainly made interesting statements in their lifetimes, and I'd like to find the leftist candidate (Debs???????) who referred to Franklin Roosevelt as a reactionary.
